B.o.B. Allegedly Walks Out On Bar Tab
Rapper B.o.B. skipped out on a $1,060 bill after drinking with his entourage at the Ithaca bar Level B on Saturday night, according to a report by the Cornell Daily Sun. Bar owner Brad Weiss says that the party ordered three bottles of Grey Goose vodka for $300 each and received a complimentary bottle for free and were given priority service by the staff.
A server chased the group out into the street when they departed without paying, but was told by the rapper’s managed that “We’re doing you a favor for not charging you” and that “When we go to clubs, we get paid to come.” B.o.B. was in town to play a concert at Cornell University.

Weiss says that the bar will not pursue legal action. “We decided letting it go was more prudent than calling the authorities or pursuing a possibly costly legal battle,” he told the Cornell Daily Sun. He also insisted that even though B.o.B. tweeted about the bar and invited his fans to come by that evening, his presence did not in any way bring extra business into the establishment.
UPDATE: According to B.o.B.’s representative, this issue was “total misunderstanding and the bill has been taken care of. B.o.B. was completely unaware.”
