The Week in Music: Thom Yorke’s Secret DJ Gig, Lady Gaga vs. Photographers and More
It was a busy week in music: Not long after releasing a new Radiohead album from out of nowhere, band leader Thom Yorke surprised the world yet again with an unannounced DJ gig in Los Angeles. Rolling Stone was there, and reported on the singer’s setlist and crazy dance moves.

Rob Sheffield raved about his favorite new band Wild Flag, we looked back on the best moments in the history of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Brooklyn indie pop band the Pains of Being Pure at Heart was named our latest Band to Watch and as always, we reviewed all the week’s hottest new releases.

We also recapped this week’s episode of Glee featuring the return of Gwyneth Paltrow, examined the Situation’s identity crisis on Jersey Shore and commented on the just-okay performances and Ashton Jones’ dismissal in this week’s American Idol coverage.
