Rolling Stones Plot North American Arena Tour
The wait is over: the Rolling Stones unveiled the next leg of their hotly anticipated “50 and Counting” tour today with a video clip. In the video, each member of the band is shown spending time by himself, before they link up for a videochat to plot out the tour.
Rolling Stones to Play Glastonbury Festival
The Stones will kick off their tour at Los Angeles’ Staples Center, with the show’s exact date to come. They’ll next hit Oakland’s Oracle Arena on May 5th, tour through May and wrap up on June 18th at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center. Full tour dates are listed below. Tickets for the Oakland, San Jose, Toronto and Chicago shows will go on sale on April 8th at various times as noted below.
The band’s itinerary does not include Coachella – the band quashed those rumors earlier this year – but the Stones will play the Glastonbury festival in England on June 29th, after their North American run wraps up.
