Britney Spears’ former bodyguard Fernando Flores is defending his lawsuit against the singer — which claims sexual harassment and child abuse by Spears — even though by Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline denied the allegations. ‘Variety’ Sues the Vandals
Hollywood trade magazine Variety has filed a lawsuit against punk band the Vandals, claiming the group infringed on the magazine’s trademark logo for their album Hollywood Potato Chip. The lawsuit, which dates back to 2004, was initially resolved when the Vandals replaced the font on the album cover, but third-party usage of the original cover resurrected the suit. [THR]
