Rapper the Game Robbed on Christmas Eve
The Game has accused the valet service at a Nordstorm department store in the Westfield Topanga Mall of stealing $75,000 worth of jewelry and other goods from his friend’s car on Christmas Eve. The rapper, who tweeted about the robbery early on Christmas morning, also criticized police officers on the scene for patting him down and questioning him despite being the victimized party.
To make matters worse, The Game claims that the officers explained that there was no evidence of the robbery on tape because the security camera was blocked by a palm tree, and that the police behaved in a racist manner.
Despite the hassle, it looks like The Game managed to hold on to some degree of holiday cheer. Yesterday he tweeted “Goodmorning, hope everyone enjoyed Christmas & if u have kids I hope their wishes came true & they had a blast. To me that’s all its about.”
