Drake Bumps Album Release Date
Drake has announced that the release date of his second album, Take Care, has been pushed back to November 15th from the originally planned date of October 24th, which happens to be his birthday.
“I have completed 19 songs (17 on physical and 2 on bonus), and have run into a roadblock of clearing 3 samples in time to make the October 24th date,” the rapper wrote on his official blog. “My options were to take the songs off and make the birthday release happen, or to take an extra couple weeks to get the paper work right and give you the album they way I NEED you to hear it.”

Though no specific details have been released, Drake also mentioned that the new release date will result in some changes to his tour plans. “Club Paradise Tour will also be moved to when students are back from the Christmas/New Year break so that I can get to more schools,” he explained. Nevertheless, a string of six concerts on that tour are currently on sale on Ticketmaster.
