It’s not much of a stretch, but Jon Bon Jovi has signed on to play a rock star in New Year’s Eve, director Garry Marshall’s follow-up to his 2010 movie Valentine’s Day. Bon Jovi’s character will be paired with Halle Berry in the romantic comedy. The picture will also star Robert De Niro, Sarah Jessica Parker, Hilary Swank and Ashton Kutcher, among many others.
