Bon Voyage
Playing the 1940 Nazi occupation of Paris for laughs is a risky proposition that director and co-writer Jean-Paul Rappeneau pulls off in high style. Taking refuge in a hotel in Bordeaux are a movie diva (Isabelle Adjani), a politico (Gerard Depardieu), a spy (Peter Coyote), a babe student (Virginie Ledoyan) and a young writer (Gregori Derangere is a newcomer to watch) — all thrown together by crisis and unexpected romance. It's sexy, suspenseful fun, and gorgeous-looking to boot.
