The movie, based on the famous 1971 Dr. Seuss children’s book about preserving the environment, is scheduled for release on March 2, 2012.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Zac Efron will voice Ted, the young boy who seeks out the Lorax (played by Danny DeVito). Swift — who’s a four-time nominee at the Academy of Country Music Awards (including fan-voted Entertainer of the Year) — will play Ted’s love interest, Audrey.
