Black Widow
The gorgeous Russian super-spy, as portrayed by Scarlett Johansson, came in last place despite being featured in a few of the film's best scenes – most notably the part early on when she takes out an entire crew of mobsters with her arms literally tied behind her back.
-
Hawkeye
Hawkeye, portrayed by Jeremy Renner, had the least amount of screen time of the six Avengers, but won fans with his astounding marksmanship. "It's obvs hawkeye w his complicated history & smoldering looks. He's a bad boy but he's got heart! & good eyesight," says @el_capitan_DUCK.
-
Thor
Thor, the hammer-wielding Norse demigod played by Chris Hemsworth, had some great moments facing off against Iron Man and the Hulk, but he only placed at Number Four in this vote. Even still, many ladies place him high on their list, making him arguably the hunkiest member of the superhero crew.

Captain America
It should come as no surprise that Captain America, the World War II vet played by Chris Evans, has some very patriotic fans. "Yeah he was an experiment, but he's all about the mission! Go USA!!!!!!," writes @irdaddy25.
-
The Hulk
Mark Ruffalo's performance as Dr. Bruce Banner and his rampaging alter ego the Hulk stole the show for many viewers. "For the first time in my life I really grasped Hulk's emotional depth," says @SexyAtheistBlog.

Iron Man
Iron Man only narrowly beat the Hulk in this vote, but Robert Downey Jr.'s "genius billionaire playboy philanthropist" clearly inspired more passion from fans. "He has the best lines of them all," writes @cross_hydrants.
