Antitrust
Anitrust gives us good reason to believe that January really is the month Hollywood studios use to bury their cheesiest mistakes. Ryan Phillippe stars in this alleged thriller as Milo, a recent college grad who develops software for a computer company that — get this shocker — may not be in business for the benefit of humanity. Tim Robbins, reprising his smiling-cobra act from Arlington Road, plays the boss man like a psychotic Bill Gates. There's not an original note in Howard Franklin's screenplay or Peter Howitt's direction.
