The new Seth Rogen/Zac Efron comedy Neighbors stunned Hollywood by grossing nearly $50 million its first week in theaters, completely clobbering the second week of The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Beyond the fact they timed the opening very well, the reason it made such a killing is extremely simple: It’s really, really funny.
