The Jonas Brothers have canceled their October 21st concert in Monterrey, Mexico following a recent rash of drug-related violence. “While they wish to apologize to everyone who planned to attend the concert, this difficult decision was made out of their great affection and concern for their loyal fans in the region,” a statement said. Ke$ha Announces ‘Cannibal’ Companion Album
Ke$ha will expand on her debut album Animal with a nine-song companion disc called Cannibal. The album will be sold starting on November 22nd as both a standalone disc and packaged with the deluxe edition of Animal. First single “We R Who We R” hits radio today. [MTV]

Third Trial Set for Minnesota Mom Vs. RIAA
A third trial has been set for the RIAA’s infringement lawsuit against Minnesota mother-of-four Jammie Thomas-Rasset, who was hit with a $1.92 million fine following her second trial for downloading 1,702 songs from peer-to-peer service Kazaa.
