Chart Roundup: Busta Rhymes, Panic! At the Disco, Billy Joel
• Las Vegas kids Panic! At The Disco have now sold 753,752 copies of their debut record Fever You Can’t Sweat Out. The album is down at Number 24 from last week’s Number 21 position but the band had an 11 percent increase in sales this week.
• Busta Rhymes’ new record The Big Bang debuted at Number One on this week’s charts. The album sold 208,773 copies in its first week of sales.
• Despite reports that ticket sales for their current tour are floundering, the Dixie Chicks’ latest record Taking the Long Way sold another 130,242 copies this week, keeping it at Number Two on the charts.
• Billy Joel‘s largely television-promoted new record 12 Gardens Live sold a respectable 44,354 copies in its first week on the charts.
