Eminem Teams Up With Rihanna, Pink and Lil Wayne for ‘Recovery’
Days after revealing two album covers for his forthcoming Recovery, Eminem has unveiled the tracklisting for the record, due out June 22. Among the album’s 16 cuts, which include the first single “Not Afraid,” are a pair guest appearances by two pop queens — Rihanna on “Love the Way You Lie” and Pink on “Won’t Back Down” — as well as a reunion with Em’s “Drop the World” cohort Lil Wayne on the track “No Love.” Check out a full tracklisting below.
As Rolling Stone previously reported, Eminem’s new album features production from some of hip-hop’s most in-demand producers, including Just Blaze, Boi-1da, DJ Khalil, Jim Jonson, and D12’s Mr. Porter. Dr. Dre, who provided many of the beats for Eminem’s last album Relapse, also contributes production for Recovery. “As I kept recording and working with new producers, the idea of a sequel to Relapse started to make less and less sense to me, and I wanted to make a completely new album,” Eminem said of his decision to abandon the promised Relapse 2 for Recovery.
As Rolling Stone also reported, Jay-Z and Eminem will co-headline a pair of concerts at each MC’s respective hometown baseball stadium this fall: Detroit’s Comerica Stadium on September 2nd and New York’s Yankees Stadium on September 13th.
