Loretta Lynn Walking and Talking Again Post-Stroke, Says Brother
Herman Webb, the 82-year-old younger brother of music legend Loretta Lynn, has shared details of his sister’s ongoing recovery from a stroke she suffered in May. “She can talk, and Loretta told me that she thought she’s going to be OK,” Webb recently told Closer Weekly magazine.
Webb, the third of eight children born to Ted and Clara Webb (Lynn was the second), said, “She seems to be coming along pretty good,” adding that she is determined to perform again, noting that music has been therapeutic for his sister. “It’s all she lives for,” he said.
