Watch Jim Carrey Perform With Alice Cooper at Hawaii Benefit Gig
Alice Cooper, who spent much of 2016 rocking out alongside Johnny Depp in the Hollywood Vampires, performed with another movie star at his annual New Year’s Eve benefit show in Maui, Hawaii as Jim Carrey joined in on a pair of Cooper classics.
Donning the shock rocker’s trademark eye makeup, Carrey – who wasn’t listed among the fundraiser’s announced guests – first performed “No More Mr. Nice Guy” with Cooper, with The Truman Show star overcoming some technical issues early in the rendition.
Carrey also hung around to play “School’s Out” with Cooper and his band.
Cooper’s annual New Year’s Eve Maui fundraiser, which raises money for both the Maui Food Bank and the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, also featured guests like Michael McDonald, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Traffic’s Dave Mason and, as another surprise appearance, Steven Tyler, who sang Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way” at the event, Blabbermouth reports.
