Little Big Town Album, Eric Church Tour Lead 2017: Ram Report
As 2017 unfolds, a wealth of new country music albums are on the horizon, including a pair of anticipated releases both out January 27th: Brantley Gilbert’s The Devil Don’t Sleep and Lauren Alaina’s The Road Less Traveled. Gilbert’s is led by the single “The Weekend,” while Alaina, an American Idol alum, announced her album with the personal title track.
Little Big Town‘s The Breaker, featuring the single “Better Man,” written by Taylor Swift, leads February’s releases. Due February 24th, the album will be supported with a residency at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. LeAnn Rimes’ Remnants, Aaron Watson’s Vaquero and Nikki Lane’s Highway Queen are also set for February, while March sees the return of Brad Paisley, with his 11th studio album Love and War.
2017 is also poised to be an important year for live music. Eric Church kicks off his Holdin’ My Own Tour, which finds the singer performing two full sets of music, in January. And Thomas Rhett and Maren Morris will both launch their very first headlining tours.
There is also the onstage reunion of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill who kick off their Soul2Soul World Tour in April. It’s their first joint tour in 10 years.
