Watch Nick Jonas, Kevin Hart Face Off in Ridiculous Rap Battle
Kevin Hart‘s “rap career” as Chocolate Droppa is helping the actor find new ways to assert his authority in the game. Now, he’s taking on a singer in a rap battle against Nick Jonas, who goes by the name Vanilla Wafer.
Jonas kicks off the battle with some rhymes about his new whip and Fendi kicks before calling himself “the Drake of this equation” and comparing Hart to Meek Mill. A shirtless Hart called Jonas’ white jeans “wack” before hitting a nice falsetto for the end of his first contribution to the battle, stating “Boy, if I catch you lookin’ at me once again/Imma talk to you and tell you, you better call a friend.”
Jonas’ second portion of his battle rap involved a reference to his partnership with Jay Z. Hart came harsher with his final rhymes, comparing his rap to a stuck coat zipper before “singing something that sounds like a Jonas flow.” He then walked away dramatically at the end.
Hart introduced his Chocolate Droppa alter ego on his What Now? mixtape, which accompanies his latest stand-up special. Hart raps on the mixtape alongside Migos, T.I., Trey Songz, Tink, Lil Yachty and more.
