Weekend Rock Question: What Is Bruno Mars’ Best Song?
Bruno Mars has finally announced his long-anticipated third album, 24K Magic, with a catchy, throwback disco-funk single of the same title. While it’s been four years since his sophomore album Unorthodox Jukebox, the pop phenomenon has been anything but silent: After dominating 2013 with the singles from Jukebox, he headlined the Super Bowl’s halftime show in 2014. Soon after, he had another inescapable hit with his Mark Ronson collaboration, “Uptown Funk” and he re-appeared at the 2016 Super Bowl this past February to perform the track alongside Coldplay and Beyoncé.
Now we have a question for you: What is Bruno Mars‘ best song? We’ll count anything officially released by Mars, including singles where he’s not a lead artist. Feel free to vote for an early cut, like “Just the Way You Are” or “Marry You,” a Number One hit, such as “Locked Out of Heaven” or “Uptown Funk” or a non-single, like “Somewhere in Brooklyn” or “Money Make Her Smile.” Please only vote once and for a single selection.
