Rae Sremmurd Announce Dates for First Headlining Tour
Hip-hop duo Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi, who perform as Rae Sremmurd, have announced dates for their first-ever headlining tour. The pair will be hitting the road this fall in support of their second album, SremmLife 2, which will be released on Friday via Ear Drummer/Interscope.
The 27-date trek launches on October 1st in New Orleans at Republic New Orleans and winds through the South before heading to the Midwest and East Coast, and it also includes stops in Canada. The tour wraps up after several dates on the West Coast with a performance in San Diego on November 16th at The Observatory.
Atlanta rapper Lil Yachty will open for Rae Sremmurd along with special guests Eearz and SremmLife Crew artists BoBo Swae and Impxct.
Presale tickets go on sale on Thursday. General public tickets will be available beginning on Friday, the same day the rappers will release their sophomore effort.
The follow-up to their debut full-length album SremmLife, the 11-track SremmLife 2 features collaborations with Lil Jon (“Set the Roof”) and Juicy J (“Shake it Fast”) among others. It also features “Look Alive” and “By Chance.” The deluxe version includes an additional three tracks.
