Watch Charles Bradley’s Joyous ‘Ain’t It a Sin’ Video
Charles Bradley has debuted the funky, joyous video for “Ain’t It a Sin.” The soul singer released his album Changes on April 1st via Daptone Records.
In the clip, Bradley enters a warehouse where he unleashes his signature dance moves by himself. The scenes of the singer grooving alone are intercut with equally joyful ones of him performing with his band in various locations around the warehouse.
Changes is the former James Brown impersonator’s third album and is named for the Black Sabbath cover he includes on the LP. His take on “Changes” had been originally released as a Record Store Day Black Friday single in 2013 and was available digitally for the first time upon its December re-release. In February, he launched a North American tour in support of Changes that will run through this summer and includes sets at Boston Calling Music Festival and Lockn’ Festival. The singer is set to appear on CBS This Morning this Saturday.
