See Justin Timberlake Debut ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling’ at Eurovision
Justin Timberlake took the stage Saturday at the annual Eurovision Song Contest finals in Stockholm, Sweden to debut the live rendition of his new single “Can’t Stop the Feeling.” Timberlake’s appearance marked the first time in the long-running competition’s history that a “non-contestant global superstar” performed on the show. The singer first opened his two-song set with his 2002 smash “Rock Your Body” before launching into his Trolls soundtrack cut.
Timberlake executive produced, voiced a character and contributed several songs to the Trolls soundtrack, which arrives September 23rd, the same day as the animated film. The soundtrack also boasts Timberlake and actress Anna Kendrick’s acoustic cover of Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colors,” which the duo debuted live during a footage screening at the Cannes Film Festival. Ariana Grande and Gwen Stefani will also appear on the disc.

In addition to his Trolls work, Timberlake also recently revealed that he’s at work on the follow-up to 2013’s The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2, with the Weeknd, Pharrell Williams and longtime collaborator Timbaland among those who hit the studio with Timberlake.
“So then as that was happening I just wanted to stay in the studio, wanted to keep going in the studio ’cause you just get the creativity going,” Timberlake said of how his Trolls work sparked his next LP. “I don’t know exactly what it’s going to be yet ’cause we just really started. I think it’s one of those things that’s just a feeling like you know it’s done when it’s done.”
Justin Timberlake has confirmed that he’s working on his fifth album, which goes back to his Tennessee roots.
