Nine ‘Walking Dead’ Villains We’re Dying to See
Monroe isn't a villain exactly, but when Rick leads his flock to Douglas' community, the resulting power struggle – well, let's just say it would spice up the undead apocalypse.

Ben
Ben, who took a bullet for the Governor in the shootout with Merle, is completely different on TV. In Kirkman's comics, he's the kid in Rick’s group who delivers one of the most unsettling moments in the entire series when he murders his twin brother.
-
Thomas Richards
In the comics, Rick's group takes in this unassuming prisoner – until they realize he's a deranged murderer. Richards' compelling plotline hasen't been used on TV yet; let's hope season four rectifies that oversight soon.
-
The Hunters
The Hunters take their cues from the zombies by eating people. But their appetite backfires when they encounter Rick's group and accidentally consume infected flesh.
-
The Herd
A swarm of more than a thousand zombies, the herd can easily overwhelm even the best-laid human defenses.
-
Ezekiel
It's unclear whether Ezekiel, the leader of the Kingdom, is good or bad (he's currently Rick's ally). But he does have a pet tiger, which is badass.

The Governor
David Morrissey nailed the sinister nature of the Governor last season, but going postal on his own soldiers stopped him from completing a horrific assault on the prison. In our opinion, the Gov. needs to return, this time with more composure and calculated cruelty.

Negan
After the Governor, the next major antagonist in Robert Kirman's comics is the brutal warlord Negan, a profanity-spewing psychopath whose favorite weapon is Lucille, a baseball bat wrapped with barbed wire. —Killian Young
