Justin Bieber Drops New Song, ‘Hard 2 Face Reality’
Maybe Justin Bieber‘s life has just been getting too real lately. After another rough week that included an ill-advised photo opportunity at Japan’s Yasukuni war shrine and a five-hour detainment by customs officials at LAX, the pop star let it all out once again with a new song. Shortly before midnight on Saturday, Bieber tweeted out the link to a track called “Hard 2 Face Reality.”

The R&B slow-jam features a verse from Atlanta singer-songwriter Poo Bear, and lyrics that seem to reflect on a long-distance relationship conducted over the phone. “Sometimes it’s hard to face reality, even though you might get mad at me,” Bieber sings in the refrain.
Back in February, Bieber released another song that seemed to reflect on his circumstances with his defiant track “Broken.” The legal and personal troubles that plagued him at that time haven’t gone away yet, and the Los Angeles Times reports that surveillance video has recently surfaced that allegedly shows the star high-fiving some friends moments after eggs were thrown at his neighbor’s house in Calabasas, California. Prosecutors in Los Angeles County are still deciding whether to charge Bieber with felony vandalism over the egg attacks.
