Eric Paslay Covers Sheryl Crow’s ‘I Shall Believe’
Eric Paslay knows a thing or two about songwriting: In addition to his self-titled debut album, released in February and which boasts every single song written or co-written by himself, the country musician has written for fellow luminaries including Jake Owen, the Eli Young Band, Rascal Flatts, and Lady Antebellum.
Paslay recently stopped by the Ram Country studios to deliver not only his latest single, the moody/infectious “Song About A Girl,” but also his cover of a favorite Sheryl Crow tune —1993’s “I Shall Believe,” which he describes as could equally be a “love song or a prayer to God.”
Paslay is currently touring with Brantley Gilbert and Thomas Rhett and will appear at California’s famed Stagecoach festival on Friday. You can keep up with his schedule here.
