50 Cent was charged after a June 23rd incident in which he allegedly attacked Navarez and proceeded to vandalize her apartment, causing more than $7,000 in damage. The rapper denied the attack, but is due back in court on September 4th for a pretrial hearing.
In addition to the conditions set by the judge, 50 Cent must also refrain from possessing any weapons.
If convicted, 50 Cent faces up to five years in prison and $46,000 in fines. He and Navarez have one son together.
