The Joy Formidable Perform ‘Little Blimp’
On July 10th Rolling Stone and Canon teamed up for a special pop-up concert at the Brooklyn Academy of Music featuring a performance from British rockers the Joy Formidable. Now you can check out a clip of the trio performing a blistering, bombastic rendition of “Little Blimp,” a track off their latest release, Wolf’s Law that frontwoman Ritzy Bryan says is about “one of those years where you figure people out, you figure who the people you want to keep close, those very special types of friendships you want to keep hold of.” (The song is not, as drummer Matthew James Thomas has cracked, about the inside of his trousers).
