Margo Price Plots 2016 Fall Tour
Singer-songwriter Margo Price has a busy summer ahead with her debut album Midwest Farmer’s Daughter out now via Third Man Records, but she’s already thinking ahead to fall. Following her performances at the 2016 Austin City Limits Festival, Price will launch her 2016 fall tour on October 13th at Los Angeles’ famed Troubadour.
The trek will take Price up the west coast through Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, British Columbia, back down through Utah and Colorado. In early November, she’ll play Atlanta before swinging north and east to visit Boston and Philadelphia. Currently the tour wraps with a November 15th show at New York’s Bowery Ballroom. A limited number of pre-sale tickets will be available to members of Third Man Records Vault beginning June 2nd at 10 a.m.
Price just recently returned from playing shows in the United Kingdom, where she also performed on Later with Jools Holland and played in-store at the Rough Trade East. Upon its release in March, Midwest Farmer’s Daughter made Price the first female artist to debut in Billboard‘s Top Country Albums chart without a single on the Hot Country Songs chart.
