Weekend Rock: Name the Greatest Robot Character In Movie History
Terminator Genisys opens up this weekend, and the reviews are quite mixed. “The movie’s willingness to veer crazily off-course feels less objectionable than the monotony and sense of self-parody that kick in long before the whimper of a finish,” Justin Chang wrote in Variety. It has an anemic 25 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but we’ll probably see it anyway due to our undying love of the first two movies.
Now we have a question for you: Who is the greatest robot character in movie history? Feel free to vote for a Data from the Star Trek films, the T-101 from The Terminator, C-3PO from Star Wars or David from A.I. Artificial Intelligence. We’ll even count Rick Deckard from Blade Runner even though it’s never been 100 percent confirm that he was indeed a robot. You can pick a good robot, an evil robot or one that changes as the series goes on, like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s character in the Terminator films. Just please only vote once and only for a single selection.
