Google+ App Brings Social Networking to iPad, iPod Touch
Expanding upon its previously-released Google+ app for iPhone owners, online search dynamo Google has updated the social networking application with newfound support for the iPad and iPod touch.
Available now via iTunes download, the patch allows owners of Apple’s popular tablet PC to run the program, and view status updates and photo/video feeds at an easily visible size on its 9.7-inch screen. The new software update also lets iOS digital music player fans access the social network.
Additional improvements and fixes include enhancements to group chat service Huddle that allow you to control availability by social circle, and time-saving measures which aggregate notices that indicate when you’ve been added to circles.
Google+ currently boasts more than 25 million members, and is said to be the fastest-growing social network of its kind.
