Weekend Rock Question: What Is the Best Billy Joel Album?
Billy Joel spent the last three years in virtual hibernation, but this year he’s finally poking his head out. He performed at Jazz Fest and an Australia festival last month, and he just announced a show in Dublin in November. It’s likely at least a few more gigs are coming, and he recently told us he wants to perform his classic albums straight through.
Billy Joel Not Retiring, Mulling Complete Album Concerts
With that in mind, we have a question for you: What is your favorite Billy Joel album? All 12 pop albums are in play, along with his 2001 classical LP Fantasies & Delusions. We’ll even count live albums because Songs in the Attic is so damn good. We don’t expect many votes for Kohuept, but stranger things have happened. Vote for whatever album you want, but please only vote once and only for a single album. We’ll know something is up if we see 612 votes for The Bridge. Even Joel himself says that one has problems.
