British neo-folk rockers will share the road with Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Old Crow Medicine Show

umford & Sons, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, and Old Crow Medicine Show will spend a week this spring traveling via vintage railcar to outdoor venues across the U.S., starting with an April 21st gig in Oakland. At least one car will be reserved for jamming together between stops. “It’s an obvious opportunity to collaborate,” says Edward Sharpe frontman Alex Ebert. Onstage, expect new tunes from Mumford & Sons and Edward Sharpe, who are both working on their next LPs. “We’ll play a couple each night and see how they go,” says Mumford & Sons keyboardist Ben Lovett.
