Weapons Found on 2 Chainz’s Tour Bus: Police
Police who stopped 2 Chainz‘s tour bus last month in Oklahoma discovered weapons and drugs on board, The Oklahoman reports. The rapper and 10 other men were arrested in Oklahoma City after a nine-hour standoff with police that culminated in officers towing the bus to a police training center and presenting a search warrant.
A search of the bus turned up two semi-automatic pistols and a 12-gauge pump shotgun, according to court documents filed yesterday. Police also found a partial box of ammunition for the weapons, in addition to shells for the shotgun that were seized, along with prescription painkillers and marijuana residue. Unprescribed hydrocodone and Flexeril were also found.

The rapper and the other bus passengers were charged with obstructing a police officer and released after paying $2,000 each in bail. Additional charges are pending, according to documents.
The bus was initially pulled over because its rear taillights weren’t working. An officer smelled marijuana when the driver opened the door, and said he could see smoke inside the bus.
An affidavit states that passenger Abdullah Mujahid shook his head “no” and held up a small copy of the U.S. Constitution when the officer asked him to get off the bus.
