Chief Keef Cited for Driving 110 MPH
A week after being arrested in Atlanta for disorderly conduct, rapper Chief Keef has been arrested again, this time for driving 110 in a 55 mph zone. Keith Cozart was arrested after blowing past police on the Edens Expressway north of Chicago, according to The Chicago Tribune.
The 17-year old was driving 2011 BMW X6 M when a Northfield police officer spotted the rapper around 3:45 a.m. on May 29th. “He was clocked at 110 in a 55 mph zone,” Northfield Deputy Police Chief Claude Casaletto said.

Cozart, who was riding with three other passengers, was pulled over and cited for going twice the posted speed limit and for violating stipulations on his driver’s permit, which only allows the rapper to drive with one passenger, and was taken into custody.
Chief Keef was arrested last week at the Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter Hotel in Dunwoody, Georgia, after hotel security notified police that the scent of marijuana had been noticed coming from the rapper’s room.
Cozart had completed a 60-day sentence in March following a conviction on a weapons charge. The rapper had been sentenced to serve 18 months of probation for pointing a gun at Chicago police officers in January 2012, and a court later ruled that the rapper violated terms of his probation after shooting a gun during a video interview last summer.
